Service Description
PLEASE NOTE: this is just a generalised approach, each session will be run based on the unique needs of the client What could happen in this session: - Your therapist will begin by creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere to help you and your partner feel comfortable and at ease. Building rapport is essential for establishing trust and ensuring that both partners feel heard and understood. - Your therapist will encourage both you and your partner to share your perspectives on the issues or concerns that have brought you to therapy. This could include communication difficulties, unresolved conflicts, trust issues, intimacy concerns, or other relationship challenges. - Your therapist will conduct an initial assessment to gain a deeper understanding of your relationship dynamics, strengths, and areas for growth. Based on this assessment, you'll work together to identify specific goals and objectives for therapy. These goals will serve as a roadmap for your therapeutic journey. - Together with your therapist, you'll explore recurring patterns of interaction and communication within your relationship. This may involve discussing past experiences, family backgrounds, and any underlying issues that may be contributing to your current challenges. - Throughout the therapeutic process, your therapist will regularly check in with you and your partner to assess progress towards your goals. Celebrating successes and addressing any challenges that arise will be an integral part of the therapy process.


Cancellation Policy
We recognise that unforeseen circumstances can arise that may necessitate a change in your counselling session plans. To ensure the smooth operation of our services and to accommodate the needs of all our valued clients, we have refined our cancellation policy with your convenience in mind: 1. Cancellations: o Please notify us of any cancellations at least 24 hours before your scheduled counselling session to avoid incurring charges. o Cancellations made within 24 hours but outside of 12 hours from the appointment will result in a 50% charge of the session fee. o Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled session will incur the full session fee charge. 2. Rescheduling: o Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled counselling session to avoid any charges. o Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the session fee. o Rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of the scheduled session will result in a charge equivalent to the full session fee. 3. Communication Channels: o You can communicate your cancellation or rescheduling requests through email at: remotemindcounselling@outlook.com 4. Exceptional Circumstances: o We understand that emergencies can happen unexpectedly. If you find yourself in such a situation, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. 5. Late Arrivals: o Please note that arriving late for your scheduled session may result in a shortened session to avoid inconvenience to other clients. However, the full session fee will still apply. o Please try to enter the meeting 10 minutes prior to commencement. 6. Repeated Cancellations: o Clients who frequently cancel or reschedule appointments may be subject to additional terms or restrictions at the discretion of the counsellor. 7. Refund Policy: o Refunds for cancelled sessions will be issued in accordance with the terms outlined above. By scheduling a counselling session with us, you affirm that you have familiarised yourself with, understood, and agree to adhere to the terms of our cancellation policy.
