COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY (CBT)

A dynamic and goal-driven approach backed by evidence and tailored to enhance your well-being. Proven to alleviate symptoms of mental illness, boost self-awareness, and cultivate emotional resilience, CBT empowers you to thrive and embrace life to the fullest.

POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY

Traditional psychology focuses on treating mental health issues, while positive psychology emphasizes understanding factors that contribute to well-being and success.

ACCEPTANCE AND COMMITMENT THERAPY (ACT)

Is a proactive therapeutic method centered on embracing actions. Its core principle revolves around ceasing the avoidance, denial, and resistance to emotions and unconstructive thoughts hindering progress.

MINDFULNESS

Many of us find ourselves caught up in thoughts about the past or concerns about the future, rarely fully present in the current moment. Studies indicate that nearly half of our waking hours are spent thinking about things other than our immediate surroundings. Mindfulness offers a way to shift our focus to the present moment, helping us manage our internal distractions and engage more fully with our current experiences.

COMPASSION FOCUSED THERAPY

Compassion encompasses sentiments of acceptance, empathy, warmth, kindness, care, and a desire to alleviate suffering. Similarly, self-compassion entails directing these same attributes toward oneself, especially during periods of experiencing painful emotions or intense self-criticism. Compassion-focused therapy aims to enhance one's self-compassion, fostering a greater sense of kindness and understanding towards oneself.
